Beachwalk Babes Christmas Blog Hop.....

Yay! It's nearly Christmas, my favourite holiday of the year! So to celebrate, the Beachwalk Babes are hosting a Christmas Holidays Blog Hop. Are you ready to get hop-hop-hopping?! There's Christmas tales and traditions being shared left, right and centre, some fab books to add to your TBR pile and some festive prizes up for grabs on each blog.

So, what do I love about Christmas? Everything! I love the run up to Christmas, all the decorations, all of the twinkly lights, the cheesy songs, the anticipation, the shopping (majority all bought on online), the food....oh yes, the food! YUM! And since having kids Christmas is even more special. My boys are only young but this year they understand about Father Christmas and that if they are good they may get some presents! Their excitement is so infectious, you can't help but not love christmas. I love seeing the snow falling outside while I'm tucked up indoors in the warm with a good book. If you need some warming up during these cold months, my debut book, Revenge in Rio is sure to warm you up!

***
Calculated revenge, unexpected passion…
Business magnate Luca Venancio is returning to Rio to pay his respects to his late brother, and to seduce his once fiancĂ©e, Daniella, back into his bed. Five years ago she left him without so much as a word, shunning him and the rich life he could offer in exchange for his younger, reckless brother. Now Luca wants revenge—seduce her and dump her, that's all he intends to do.
Blackmailed into a violent farce of a marriage, Daniella had no choice but to comply to protect Luca's life, even though it meant never being able to see him again. Years later, a twist of fate reunites them, throwing her plans of fleeing Rio out of the window and the love of her life straight back in.
Luca's flawless plan soon becomes complicated when he discovers Daniella is expecting his brother's child. It becomes even more complicated when old passions return. Can he actually go through with seducing her, bedding her, and then discarding her?

Our Christmas tradition usually consists of spending time with the family at my nan's house, we all congregate together and have a massive dinner, over indulge in far too many treats and alcohol and then have a very competitive game of Trivia or something in the evening. But this year we are doing something slightly different. Christmas eve we will walk around the local area with a Christmas carnival type thing, where the boys get to see Father Christmas himself and sing some songs (sounds strange but it's really good fun) and then before going to bed they will sprinkle some reindeer food (courtesy of Tracey's awesome recipe!) as well as leaving our 'special' key on the front door for the big man as we don't have a chimney! After a bit of a sad year loosing a loved one, we have decided to try something different to the norm on Christmas day so, we are going out for a meal on to take the pressure off. We'll spend the morning at home, watch the boys open all of their presents, have a lush breakfast and then in the afternoon we'll go to a really cosy pub not far from home for a traditional Christmas dinner. Then back to nan's after!

I'd love to hear about your Christmas traditions, memories, plans....anything Christmas related really, just leave a comment with your email.

I will be giving away some goodies, including 1st Prize, $5.00 GC for Amazon and a lovely little magnet and handmade book mark. 2nd prize is a digital copy of Revenge in Rio. Winners will be announced/contacted on the 9th December.

MERRY CHRISTMAS ONE AND ALL!
